Body Detox Services

We specialize in body detox and use a variety of holistic processes to accomplish a much needed natural health practice. Everyone eats, drinks, and breathes toxins. Our foods, water supplies, air all carry unwanted toxins that enter the body everyday and when accumulated can demonstrate physical manifestations in our bodies that mimic disease and disease symptoms. It is believed by many researchers and natural health practioners that toxins actually cause disease. Though we do not offer cures or diagnosis of disease, we do offer body detox modalities that may assist the body in releasing unwanted toxins. Many of these modality's distributors advertise the benefits of their product, understanding that the statements are not supported by the FDA or necessarily proven by scientific medical research. It is normal for there to be opposition and controversy surrounding all natural health practices, though more and more allopathic doctors combine natural health care in their own medical practice. Follow Your Path offers the following body detox services:

• Infra-red heat sauna. The infra-red heat sauna will detox the body through sweat pores. Recommended time is 30 minutes at 130 degree temperature. The infra-red technology does not require the high temperatures used by rock heated saunas. This method can be used daily. We do not claim that this method cures or treats any condition or disease.
• Ionic Foot Detox. The ionic foot detox is a device that uses low voltage current to release toxins at a cellular level through the feet. You sit in a chair while the feet are in a container of warm water for a total of 30 minutes. Toxins will be released into the water via the pores of the feet. There is a color chart to signify the various toxins that are released, i.e. orange color signifies release of toxins from the joints. This method is not recommended for more than twice a week for a period of seven weeks. After a three week break the cycle can be repeated. We do not claim that this method cures or treats any condition or disease.
• Infra-red jade mattress. These mattresses originated in Asian countries, like Japan, and are a simple and comfortable means of rejuvenationg the body. They have been used to help people sleep better, to alleviate pain, and to detox the body on a cellular level through sweating. Jade is considered to be a healing stone, and the mattress radiates heat through the stone as well as emitting negative ions that penetrate the body. You just lie on the mat for 30 minutes, fully clothed, and relax. This method can be used daily. We do not claim that this method cures or treats any condition or disease.
• Ear candling. Ear candling is an ancient technique where a hollow tube made of special wax is placed in the opening of the ear and lit so that it burns at the opposite tip. The vacuum created is believed to pull toxins and waste from inside the ear into the inside of the candle. We combine manual lymph massage with this process to increase the ability for the release of toxins. One session generally uses one candle per ear and takes approximately 40 minutes. This method is only recommended for periodic usage. Some people only use this at the change of every season, or when sick with a cold, sinus, or ear infection. Ear candling can be used on a regular basis, but moderate use, like once a month is sufficient. We do not make any claims that ear candling cures or treats any conditions or diseases.
• Dr. Hulda Clark "Zapper". This is a battery operated device whose electrical frequency science was discovered by Dr. Clark to experiment with the removal of viruses and parasistes from the body. Specific electrical currents or frequencies are believed, but not actually proven to by FDA standards, to have an effect on disease and parasites. We make no such claims here at Follow Your Path. This information is for consumer awareness only; our usage of this product is strictly experimental with no warranty or claim that the device cures or treats any condition or disease. The device requires that you wear a band on each wrist for a total of 20 minutes, or optional copper handheld tubes. It can be used daily with no side effects or safety issues.
• Dead Sea Mud Wrap. This is a body wrap applied while lying on a massage table. The mud is applied to the entire body and then the body is wrapped in a warm layered covering by use of thermal blankets, an electric blanket, plastic, foil, etc. This process can take over an hour and more due to the time used for application, detoxification, and clean up. The mud wrap is mixed and heated with pariffin wax and peels off when removed from the skin.
• Massage. Massage therapy is a detoxification process. Manual lymph massage can be substituted to intensify the process. Though basic massage techniques move lymph fluid, there are special techniques used to target the lymph nodes and lymph vessels to enable a more aggressive fluid detox process. Though manual lymph massage is a more aggressive approach, it is also a very light touch technique in comparison to normal massage strokes. This method is contraindicated for cancer patients when their cancer is invasive throughout their body and organs. Tumor sites that are not metastatizing can simply be isolated from the procedure. If you have any serious illness, please consult your doctor before having this type massage.
• Ionized Alkaline Water. We have available this special water produced by a machine. Water is a natural purification method. Ionized water alkalizes the body when consumed. It's need is based on the philosophy of the acid-alkaline diet. The acid-alkaline diet is just a theory and we can educate you on its application, but do not guarantee or claim that it cures or treats any condition or disease. Neither do we prescribe water as a cure. Ionized alkaline water is best when drank in the first 15 minutes that is is produced. However, the alkalizing effects can last two to three weeks, so the water can be stored and used on a short term basis.
